When you use SkipQ to join a queue, we collect:
When you use the camera to scan a QR code, we do not store or transmit any camera images. The camera is used solely to read QR codes locally on your device.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Queue entries (your name, phone, party size) are stored temporarily while you are in the queue. Once your visit is marked as served or you leave the queue, your data may be retained for up to 30 days for business reporting purposes, after which it is deleted.
SkipQ requests camera access solely to scan QR codes at business entrances. No images or video are captured, stored, or transmitted. Camera access is only active while you are on the QR scan screen.
If you grant notification permission, we store a push token linked to your queue entry. This token is used only to send you a single notification when it's your turn. It is deleted when your queue entry is resolved.

SkipQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Since queue entries are temporary, most data is automatically deleted within 30 days.
